This is one of only 2 or 3 known copies of the Weber and Brockway civil Engineers West Palm Beach Florida Atlas for PALM BEACH. From the research I have done and speaking to the owner of one of the other known copies which was listed here on ebay at around 20,000 based off of a auction price paid a few years back of 26,000 plus the premium this is probably the finest condition copy as the prior one listed on ebay did not have the original cover otherwise pretty much id... | |
